A bit about Your Quintessential Assistant
Your Quintessential Assistant was started by Helen Kelley in 2018, with the sole purpose of supporting businesses owners with their admin tasks. A Virtual Assistant (VA) is someone that acts like an Admin Assistant or PA but on a self-employed basis, meaning you don’t have to commit to employing someone. So if you only need a few hours support a month, a VA is exactly what you need!
Helen will handle all those admin tasks that are bogging you down so you can focus on the parts of your business that really need your time and attention. Offering a range of services from email and diary management through to event planning, you’re bound to find something on her list of services that you need help with.
Logo Design & Branding

Helen came to Goldfinch Marketing in October 2018 for her logo design at the very start of her business journey. Her brief was for something feminine with a palette of rose gold and marble.
“After a meet up to discuss what I was looking for, Christina went away and came back with some options. She took my ideas and created exactly what I wanted. They were just perfect!”
Website Design

After launching her business Helen set about building her own WordPress website. She soon found herself spending hours trying to build a website she liked instead of focussing on growing her business. That’s when she came to me and asked if I could create her website for her.
Having previously only ever edited WordPress websites until that point (November 2018) I was a bit nervous about the project but having worked together before Helen was confident that I would be able to deliver what she was looking for. Helen wanted a simple 4-page site that would simply provide potential clients with some more information about her and some details about the kind of services she can provide.
“Every part of the process has been an absolute breeze. Christina responded quickly to any questions I had and kept me informed throughout the whole process.”
Since launching the website we’ve both received lots of positive feedback about the project and Helen is now taking the plunge and will be leaving her part-time job later this year.
I can’t wait to watch Helen’s business grows and look forward to working with her again in the future – both by me helping with her marketing and her helping me with my admin!
