If you are unable to attend your booked workshop/gathering please contact me ASAP.
If a suitable alternative date is available, your ticket can be transferred to that date.
Tickets can only be transferred once and if the value of a rebooked workshop is lower, no partial refund will be offered.
If you do not attend your rebooked date, you forfeit your ticket and no refund or alternative will be offered.
If you book a workshop or gathering and simply do not turn up on the day, no refund will be given and no alternative will be offered.
As always, there may be some exceptions to these terms and each case will be treated individually.
